Анотація
На сучасному етапі розвитку ринкових відносин та євроінтеграційних процесів результати розвитку підприємства визначаються спроможністю корпоративного фінансового менеджменту адаптуватись до умов жорсткої конкуренції, нових фінансових ризиків і нестабільності зовнішнього середовища. У зв’язку з цим зростає попит на фахівців, здатних проводити діагностику фінансового стану підприємств, розробку і контроль фінансових планів, застосовувати сучасні форми фінансових розрахунків, вибирати оптимальні джерела фінансування та реалізовувати методи антикризового управління. Розв’язання цих спеціалізованих завдань та практичних проблем потребує спеціальних знань і компетентностей, які мають сформуватися в процесі вивчення дисципліни «Фінанси підприємств».

Abstract
At the present stage of market relations development and European integration processes, the results of enterprise development are determined by the corporate financial management's ability to adapt to conditions of fierce competition, new financial risks, and an unstable environment. There is a growing demand for specialists trained to diagnose the financial condition of enterprises, develop and control financial plans, use modern forms of financial settlements, choose the best sources of funding, and implement crisis management methods. Solving these specialized tasks and practical problems requires special knowledge and competencies, which the discipline «Corporate finance» forms.
